About The Role

Ridepanda is seeking a hungry sales professional to play a crucial role in increasing the enterprise pipeline of new opportunities and driving our next growth phase. You will play a critical role in working with our sales and marketing team to execute our go-to-market strategy and drive demand generation.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of generating and owning outbound prospecting. They are creative, passionate, and driven team players. Day-to-day responsibilities include outbound prospecting to enterprise companies, routing new enterprise leads to Account Executives, and tracking various data points that will help optimize our sales efforts. This role is a springboard to progressive sales roles for those who consistently exceed targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and social media to nurture, qualify, and set appointments with new prospects either through cold calling, emailing, and social selling into our targeted accounts
  • Prospect, qualify and educate leads to create pipeline-ready opportunities
  • Proven ability to multi-thread accounts with various buyer personas including senior executives
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Uncover and understand a prospect’s challenges and effectively communicate how Ridepanda will meet them
  • Follow the established pre-sales process and consistently use our CRM to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient pipeline management
  • Keep abreast of the industry trends and competitive alternatives to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers

Who You Are:

  • Four-year degree or relevant work experience
  • At least 1-2 years outbound sales development experience is required
  • Consistent measurable over-achievement in past experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • A “get it done now” attitude and an ability to be adaptable
  • High-energy, passion, and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Zoominfo, Apollo, LinkedIn or similar systems

Nice to Haves:

  • Demonstrated interest in wellness and micromobility a plus
  • Previous success with selling into HR, Benefits and/or Transportation teams is a plus

The on-target earnings for this role will be between $80,000 - $95,000 annualized with a 70/30 split between base pay and incentive compensation. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and other qualifications.
