About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Partner Marketing Manager to help drive local marketing initiatives, working in collaboration with our partner employers to increase adoption of Ridepanda’s services across their employee pool. We want someone to help drive all marketing initiatives, from digital to offline in their city, with an emphasis on creating effective and repeatable in-person campus events.
- Marketing - Experience with both online and offline marketing, with emphasis on organizing in-person events, test rides, happy hours and participating in speaking engagements
- Data-driven - Follow, measure, and improve the KPIs for our marketing initiatives
- Collaborative - Work cross functionally across the different departments in the company
- Channel Feedback - Identify trends and provide feedback internally to other team members
- Ideal Background - Worked in operations at a high-growth company; marketing experience at B2B benefits company a huge plus
