About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Partner Marketing Manager to help lead our marketing initiatives, working in collaboration with our partner employers to increase adoption of Ridepanda’s service across their employee pool. We want someone to help drive all marketing initiatives, from digital to offline, with an emphasis on creating effective and repeatable in-person campus events. We expect this position to help support in building the right structure, processes and playbook for our marketing and help build the go-to-market foundation for the company.
- Data-driven - Follow, measure, and improve the KPIs for our marketing initiatives. Participate in business reviews, inspect/drive action plans to address employee adoption rates
- Marketing - Experience with both online and offline marketing
- Brand and content - Help craft brand identity of the company, and lead content marketing
- Leadership - Hiring and managing a team of local city marketing hires
- Collaborative - Work cross functionally across the different departments in the company
- Channel Feedback - Identify trends and provide feedback to other department heads
- Ideal Background - Worked in operations at a high-growth company; marketing experience at B2B benefits company a huge plus
