Product Designer

About the Product Designer position

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help us lead UI/UX development and design. As our first full-time designer, you will help craft our brand, develop design systems, and lead UI/UX development across products for our three stakeholders: our riders, our corporate and government partners, and our internal admins. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Engineering, Business Development, Operations and Sales to brainstorm, identify, and design solutions that drive the business forward.

Product Designer responsibilities are:

• Create a design system, set design guidelines, best practices and standards

• Research and design smooth, intuitive UX flows for our riders, our corporate and government partners, and our internal admins

• Create UI mocks and develop them further with feedback until they are ready to hand off to the engineering team

• Drive decisions using data and measure success of new designs, UX flows and features

• Help develop and shape the brand of the company

• Participate in and guide product ideation meetings

Product Designer requirements are:

• 3+ years' experience of Product Design experience, with a solid portfolio or fulfilled works

• Significant experience in creating design systems, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows

• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Good working experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design and wire-framing tools

• Strong graphic design and visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

• Good experience of working in an iterative development process

• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
