Head of B2B Sales

Full-Time in United States - Remote OK - Sales

We are looking for a Head of B2B Sales to help in leading a sales team to identify and close B2B employer opportunities. This role will help lead the process around researching the Target Accounts, performing outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn, becoming a trusted resource and developing relationships with prospects and closing them into partnerships. Top performers in this role are individuals who take extreme ownership over their process and remain diligent in their outreach and follow up. Winning attitude and perseverance are crucial for success as an SDR. We are looking for an Independent self-starter, who also works well on a team, and can motivate and lead a sales team.

Sales experience at a B2B benefits/transportation company is a huge plus.

  • Leadership - Hiring and managing a team of SDRs
  • Communication - Strong communicator both written and verbal, external and internal
  • Goal Oriented - You are tenacious and goal oriented
  • Channel Feedback - Identify trends and provide feedback internally on B2B client needs
  • Collaborative - Work cross functionally across the different departments in the company
  • Data-driven - Follow and improve the KPIs for our sales initiatives. Participate in business reviews, inspect/drive action plans to address sales goals
  • Ideal Background - Worked in operations at a high-growth company; Sales experience at B2B benefits/transportation company is a huge plus
  • Compensation - This role is a mix of base salary, and high potential for commission based on sales targets
